It's been a while! I've been working on a few new things that have kept me pretty busy lately, but I'm happy to say I am nearly finished with most of it. Most importantly, I can get back to sharing healthy insights with you!

My website, for one. You'll see I have rebranded the name and look, and use a new email address. Instead of 'Jennifer Foster Health Coach, it's 'The Nature of Health.' The old email is still available, but everything will eventually be moving to my new email address and website.

The Living Healthy and Aging Well Radio Show
Last Saturday, March 6th, I was a featured speaker on this radio program, hosted by Ken Haglind. We talked about what I do to help my clients, including the Functional Terrain Assessment.
